We are here for you! The Centre offers individual intervention services to support women in their efforts towards self-reliance and empowerment. We offer a warm, welcoming environment that includes active listening and support, referrals, as well as accompaniments to women who are experiencing or have experienced intimate partner violence. All services are offered with the utmost confidentiality.

Reference Centre
Brochures and pamphlets on a variety of topics are available in French, English, and Italian.
Educational Activities
Are you interested in learning, improving your knowledge, or being informed about the issues that concern you? The Centre is a place for open dialogue where women are encouraged to share their experiences, and learn from each other through:
- Information sessions
- Personal growth workshops
- Support groups
- Workshops for women to share their “know-hows”
- Discussion groups
- Various courses
Popular Education
The Centre offers a space for all women to meet, discuss and take action, with the aim of achieving justice and social transformation. Centred on the experiences of women, our feminist autonomous popular education activities promote women’s empowerment and raise individual and collective awareness of their living conditions, with the goal of mobilizing them into action.
