Are you in need of accompaniment, listening, or support?

The Centre offers services to help women empower themselves. We also offer accompaniment for women who are in abusive relationships. The Centre greets you in a warm and welcoming environment. Appointments are not needed. All services are offered with the utmost confidentiality.
You may be going through a difficult situation involving:

  • Isolation
  • Poverty and lack of funds
  • Violence/Domestic violence
  • Relationship issues between men and women
  • Parent/child relationships
  • Mental health issues
  • Physical health issues
  • Mobility or transportation
  • Housing

Legal consultation

Do you have questions regarding your legal rights? A lawyer is on site every other Wednesday from 1pm to 3pm to answer your questions regarding family law. Contact us at 514-388-0980 to make an appointment. Voluntary contribution of 5$.

Reference centre

Brochures and pamphlets on a variety of topics are available in French, English, and Italian.
